Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their orders up until it ships. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. All cancelled orders will be charged a 10% processing and restocking fee. If you’d like to cancel your order, please fill out a request.

Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship out all orders within 24 business hours. Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order. Our warehouse is located in Kensington, Maryland and transit time varies based on destination.

All orders are shipped either UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail depending upon the area, package, weight, and box size.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please use either a residential or business address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure address for delivery of your order.

If your package is received and the outside of the box looks to be the cause of the damage, please contact the courier.

We will accept returns on all unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Product must be new and unopened. We do not cover shipping costs on returns. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you’d like to return a product, please fill out a request.

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Replacements / Missing Parts
If you receive a product with missing or damaged parts, please fill out a request for replacement parts.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
